CourtLaw Wins an Appeal in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court

At CourtLaw (www.courtlaw.com), we recently won an appeal in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court giving our client—who was injured in a motor vehicle accident– the chance he deserves.  In this case, a trial judge refused to reinstate our client’s case after it had been administratively dismissed.  We asked the judge to reconsider her decision, and she did not, so we appealed— and won.  Now, our client will have his day in court.
